Big XII Conference Registration

Big XII Student Government Conference is scheduled for September 21st through 24th. Delegates are only expected to cover travel and lodging, all meals and ground transportation are included as part of the conference, if delegates stay at the conference hotel.

Our hotel for the conference has been selected. We have blocked off some rooms at the Arbor Inn & Conference Center (6401 62nd St., Lubbock, TX). If you want to explore the hotel, you can find a virtual tour link here. Here is the link to book your hotel rooms. Each school has been allotted 3 hotel rooms for the duration of the trip. If more rooms are needed, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Each participant must fill out their own form! You are allowed to have up to 8 participants attend the conference (including your advisor). Note that the registration fee is $75 per person! This fee will help to cover the cost of food and ground transportation for the conference.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REGISTRATION IS AUGUST 21ST AT 11:59PM, Please make sure all members are registered by this time.
