Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is the first Greek Lettered organization established by African-American college-educated women. Our mission is to be of

The Exquisite Eta Theta Chapter was chartered on the campus of Loyola University New Orleans on November 25, 1972. We encourage all students to attend our many events on and off campus. These events include service, on-campus programs that cater to the student population, and social events.

Description

The mission of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women in order to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in college life, and to be of “Service to All Mankind.”

The Eta Theta Chapter was chartered on Novemeber 25, 1972 on the campus of Loyola University New Orleans. Many of our events are open to the public and we encourage you to follow us on Instagram to stay updated on our upcoming events.
