Portal Information

Description

The Northeastern University Songwriting Club is a group for songwriters and musicians of all styles and experience levels to share their music and meet peers to collaborate with! It doesn't matter if you've never written a song in your life or you write every week. We welcome all who are interested, even if you just want to hang out and listen. Our goal is to make each other better musicians. We try to host open mics, jam sessions, and other performance opportunities throughout the year, and provide our club members with ways to get involved in music both on and off campus. NUSC is a family, and all are welcome to join!

Organization Mission Statement

The Northeastern University Songwriting Club (NUSC) promises to help support the growth of the musical community at Northeastern by encouraging conversation and collaboration between student musicians. NUSC aims to inspire students to write more original music, present it to their peers for feedback, and perform their finished songs for friends and fans around campus.
