Council Training-Budget Workshop
It's budget preparation time!
Come to May’s Club Sports Council training to learn some helpful strategies in budget development.
All clubs who wish to be considered for a 2014/15 allocation from the program, must submit an anticipated budget to the Club Sports Director by Friday, June 20. These sessions will teach you how to prepare that document.
To provide an overview of the club sports funding process
To provide an overview of best practices in budget development
To provide an overview of resources and information available to help club officers develop their annual budget.
Attendance at 1 of the 2 sessions is mandatory for clubs who wish to be considered for a club sports allocation (financial assistance) for the 201/15 year.
Who from the club should attend?
It is expected that budget development will be a joint effort between 2013/14 officers and 2014/15 officers.
Clubs should designate the appropriate person from the club who will be taking the lead on this effort (usually someone in a President/Treasurer role). It will be expected that the attending officer will share the information with officers and work together to develop the club's 2014/15 anticipated budget (Due to the Club Sports Director by Friday, June 13)

Can I bring another officer?
That's a great idea, but space is limited. Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional space will be made available if possible. You will be notified if this is possible or not closer to the event date.
