Register to Table at Student Activities & Resource Fair!

Hello Clubs and Officers!

We're excited to share that this year, it has evolved into a two-day Student Activities and Resource Fair! The fair is Wednesday, September 27th and Thursday, September 28th from 11:00am-3:00pm. How to Prepare Your Returning Club for the School Year

Hello All,

Summer is a time of transition for clubs, as well as Club Council and Student Engagement and Activities! During the summer, staffing for club support decreases, and thus the Club Council phone number is typically on hiatus. However, please do call 425-352-5266 and ask to speak to someone in Student Engagement and Activities or email uwbclubs@uw.edu and we will help!

Some clubs are eager to get started with registration for the new year, so here are some action...

Since we are trying to start a new club it would be nice to have at least one club officer training available BEFORE the start of the fall semester so we could have everything ready to go at the beginning of the quarter and announce as part of orientation meetings, first day of class, etc. Is there an online video or training module we could complete?

Missy Dominguez

Hi Alex, the first Officer Training is usually the first day of classes and in person. However, please do email uwbclubs@uw.edu to explain more what you are hoping to have ready (room reservations, funding for an event, etc) for the beginning of the quarter and I can advise how to move forward. Thank you!

Meghan Amanda Grumbly

Hi, Missy Dominguez, We too are attempting to start a new club on campus, however that email keeps kicking back that it isn't available.
