FSL Event/Accomplishment Notification Form

Please complete the following form to notify the FSL staff, university administration and the local media. 

It is requested that you notify us 14 days ahead of an event if you wish for attendance to be promoted for your event. 

Following your submission you may be contacted by TTU communications and marketing or local news outlets to gather further information. Please note that your national organization might have additional policies that requires that members of your chapter not speak to the media with out permission from advisors and staff. 

Information shared may also be used to inform the FSL staff of community accomplishments that may be acknowledged or awarded at a later date.
