MSU Undergraduate Research Symposium: 8:00-12:00 Shift
MSU Undergraduate Research Symposium
The Shackouls Honors College is looking for volunteers who will help with the set-up and breakdown of the research symposium along with various tasks during the event,
- greeting guests and distributing programs
- registration table (students and judges)
- monitoring refreshments
- collecting and inputting judges scores
- accommodating participating students, judges, and guests
- other general errand running
Volunteers will be needed before the event from 8am-12pm to help set up for the symposium. We will also need volunteers during and after the event from 12pm-5pm. A small lunch will be provided to all volunteers. Volunteers must commit to at least a 3 hour shift. Volunteer shifts run from 8:00am-12pm and 12pm-5pm. If you cannot volunteer for the entirety of the shift, please consider coming for at least 3 hours of the shifts.
