RCO Registration Renewal

Dear Organization Representatives,

In accordance with University policy, Registered Clubs & Organizations must renew their registration annually. The renewal process will begin on May 1, 2013 and end on September 30, 2013. On May 1, every organization Administrator will be prompted to renew their organization by updating their organization's profile. RCOs that do not renew by September 30, 2013 will be made inactive.

Renewal Process for RCO Administrators [video]

  • Navigate to your organization's settings
  • Update your organization's profile, including 
    Organization email (visible to the public)
    Representative #1 Name, Status, Position & Email 
    Representative #2 Email
    Representative #3 Email
  • Make sure you click through and update each page of the profile until you click on Finish
