One of the CSCE department faculty members, Dr. Armin Mikler, will be recognized for faculty excellence in research and creativity programming.  The "Salute to Excellence in Research and Creative Activity" will take place September 30, 2015 3:00pm - 5:00 pm at the Library Forum. ACM Year-End Potluck Party

We will be having our year-end celebration on Friday Dec 7 at 5 PM.  It will be a potluck, so cook something if you can! There will be prizes for Best Appetizer, Best Entree, and Best Dessert.  Come eat and celebrate the last Friday of the semester.

October Planning Meeting

At the meeting tomorrow (Oct 18 @1:00 PM) we will be discussing plans for the semester, including Halloween and the Ericsson Hackathon.  The Hackathon is benefiting North Texas Food Bank and will be a fun activity for anyone interested.  There will be 16 teams from 4 schools, 4 teams from UNT, each with 4-6 members.  There is a $4000 prize as well.
