The University of Miami Business Law Review is staffed entirely by current Miami Law students committed to providing you with the highest quality legal and business analysis. Our executive board is staffed with experienced third year student editors, who oversee the rigorous editorial process. Members and candidates of the Review assist in substantive production of the Review, in addition to researching and writing a student article on a business-related topic. Students participating on the Review are able to greatly develop their writing and editing skills, gain exposure to a wide breadth of industry-related issues, as well as foster relationships with current notable individuals in business law.

The University of Miami Business Law Review is published at least twice a year. The U.S. subscription rate is $40.00 per year. The foreign rate is $45.00. Payments should be made in U.S. currency. Subscriptions are renewed automatically upon expiration unless the subscriber sends a timely notice of termination. All notifications of address change should include the appropriate zip code.
