Better Together Interfaith Speedfaithing
Mar 26, 2018 by Meggan Franks
Better Together Day is a national day of action founded by the Interfaith Youth Core, a nonprofit that works towards a nation where people of different faiths, worldviews, and traditions can bridge divides and find common values to build a shared life together.
Join us as we celebrate Better Together Day on April 9th, 2018 in the Colvard Student Union! It is an amazing opportunity to learn about the different religions, philosophies, and identities in the area. Attendees will engage with the different faith and nonfaith groups on campus for the fair portion of the event. It will be followed by Interfaith Engagement Rotation (AKA Speedfaithing) to better allow participants the opportunity to engage with the different groups!
To foster interfaith cooperation and community service, there is an optional canned food drive entry! All of the donated food will benefit local food pantries!
We look forward to seeing everyone there!
