Civil Indigent is a film about restrictions on food distribution to the homeless in Gainsville, Florida. The film focuses on a man Pat Fitzpatrick that has devoted his life to protesting and speaking out at City Hall for homeless rights. Following the film there will be a panel discussion of how this relates to problems here in Miami and types of action we can take.
