Join A Week for Life in a week of activities to recognize World AIDS Day from Nov. 26th-29th. Events are as follows:

Candle Light Vigil                                                                                                   Monday, November 26th, 6:30pm on The Rock                                               With guest speaker,international advocate and HIV fighter, Maria Mejia, join us in remembering those you have lost their lives to HIV/AIDS, and those who continue to fight against the virus. Food provided.

Crafivism : Crafts for Activism                                                          Wednesday, Nov. 28th, 5:30pm in Ballroom B                                        Learn to make Your Own T-Shirt and other crafts. Two lucky individuals receive additional garments to decorate. You don't want to miss this fun-filled event. T-shirts & Food provided.

Safer Sex Kit Giveaway & Cupcakes for a Donation                         Thursday, Nov. 29th, 11am-2pm on The Rock                                            Stop by and Get a Misha Cupcake for a donation. All proceeds go to benefit local community organization, Empower U.

Toy Drive                                                                                                      Monday, Nov. 26th-Friday, December 14th Cox 160                              Donate a new, unwrapped toy for the holidays to give to children of HIV+ families. Toys will be donated to Care Resources Toy Store, where children of the 12,000 HIV+ clients that they serve will choose 1 toy of their choice, meet with Santa, and also have the opportunity to receive free medical consultation to adhere to their health needs. All toys can be dropped off in the Office of Pre-Health in Cox 160.
