Alliance House Spring Clean Up | 2017 Earth Day (CCE Transportation Provided)
Organizational Information: The Alliance House is a semi-independent group home that provides housing for up to 6 individuals living with mental illness. We strive to provide affordable and supportive housing that assists individuals in maintaining mental health stability while integrating into our community.
Opportunity Description: Students will be assisting with outdoor yard work, outdoor spring cleaning and planting flowers.
Location: CUB L45
Days/Times: Transportation will be provided. Please meet in the CCE Student Resource Center located in the CUB Lower Level L45 on Saturday April 22nd at 2:30PM to meet with your group. We plan to return to campus around 5:30 PM
Requirements: Please dress appropriately for working outdoors. Closed toed shoes, sun protection/ or rain gear and water are recommended.
Service hours are allocated based on amount of direct service participation and do not include meeting time and transportation to/from the service site. Students can expect to receive approximately 2.5 hours of service.
