Salvation Army Store Assistance | National Day of Service
Since 1891, The Salvation Army has been working to provide sustainable solutions for the most vulnerable members of our communities. We are dedicated to serving the physical, mental and spiritual needs of the poor, the lonely, and the lost - staying not just until the job is done, but long afterwards, to ensure that the healing continues. We assess the needs of each community in which we serve to develop programs that are designed to offer immediate relief, short-term care and long-term growth in areas that will best benefit the community. Then we offer local programs to that community, working to continually optimize their efficacy via spiritual, physical and emotional service.
Email email@example.com to set up a time to serve. Students will be assisting with daily store tasks such as hanging clothes, sorting and processing donations, and general floor assistance.
