The MCC Conference Room is located across the hall from the MCC, in FO-3 Room 02, and holds a maximum of 58 people. No standing room is allowed due to fire code regulations.
The MCC Conference room is available during our open hours from 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Only one group per day may use the room after 5:00pm and each group must get MCC Staff approval prior to the date of the meeting.
If your meeting or event is cancelled after you've made your reservation, we ask that you please notify the MCC as soon as possible so other groups may utilize the room. After two cancellations without notification, priority will be given to other groups.
The conference room is designed to host meetings, workshops, guest speakers, forums, and film screenings that promote a more inclusive campus environment and cannot be used as a regularly scheduled classroom.
The MCC provides a refrigerator, microwave and sink for hospitality. Permission to use the conference room may be revoked if the center is not left clean after your meeting or event. This includes re-stacking the chairs, and, if necessary, wiping down the tables and microwave after you've used them.
If you are not a student, faculty, or staff member at CSULB, please direct your request to Facilities Management.
