The Conway Daze RSO & Student Services Fair will be held on Wednesday, August 19 from 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. on the UCA Practice Field. You can download an application by clicking on the button at the bottom of this message. Upon receiving your application a confirmation email will be sent to the contact person listed on the application.

Registration applications are due by Friday, August 7.

  • If we exceed the amount of interested RSOs we will begin a waiting list. In the event an organizationcancels their participation we will notify the next in line to see if they are still interested in participating.
  • You will be allowed to set up for the RSO Fair no earlier than 1:30 p.m. and are responsible for the set-up/clean-up of your booth on the day of the event.
  • One table (5 feet long) and two chairs will be provided. Any additional items are the responsibility of theparticipating RSO/department.
  • The sale of any items AND any type of fundraising are strictly prohibited.
  • A member of your organization must be present at the booth for the duration of Conway Daze. The De-partment of Orientation is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during Conway Daze.
  • Cancellation Policy: If your organization is unable to participate in Conway Daze we must receive no-tice in writing no later than Monday, August 10. If you do not cancel and no one is present the day of Conway Daze your organization will be billed a $25.00 processing fee.
