The Robotics Club at UC DavisĀ supports teams of students working to create robots for fun and for local and national competitions. Project teams meet frequently, and give hands-on experience designing, constructing, and programming a robot. The club has a large project workspace, and students machine custom metal parts in the student machine shop. We accept enthusiastic students from all majors, regardless of past experience. Past competitions include Autonomous maze solving robots, Sumobots, and an autonomous quadrotor aircraft (UAV).

Meetings are held weekly in Bainer 1330.

The Davis Robotics Club wishes to provide students with an opportunity to supplement their education with hands-on experience in integration engineering. This club will allow students to work together with students of different majors, and to be members of a team that integrates mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and computer science.
