Design Approval & Trademark Guidelines

This form will not longer be used starting May 15. Starting May 15,  you will need to fill out the new 2017-2018 Design Approval and Trademark Form to have your designs approved.

This form should be used when creating items for your group, such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, buttons or bumper stickers. You must use the following process and receive approval prior to getting items produced.  When you plan to sell these items you must also submit an Application to Raise Funds

Please allow 5 business days prior to your activity for review of application.
