Arnold Air Society Wilbur & Orville Wrigh Squadron
Arnold Air Society is a professional, honorary service organization advocating the support of aerospace power. Our goal is to develop Air Force ROTC cadets into effective leaders for the U.S. Air Force and to create a better relationship between the U.S. military and the community. We accomplish the first part of our goal by developing our cadets' physical, mental, communication, and leadership skills. To accomplish better community relations, Arnold Air Society participate in many service projects and volunteering projects in the community. Arnold Air Society is a national organization and is broken down into different squadrons. The squadron here at Wright State University is the Wilbur & Orville Wright Squadron. Every cadet in our squadron strives to have as much motivation and determination that the Wright Brothers once possessed. In order to be an active member in AAS WOW Squadron, one must be a cadet in AFROTC. However, we welcome civilians into our organization who are willing to assist us in creating good relations with the community.
