This year will include a welcome from the WSU Provost, Dr. Dan Bernardo, and keynote speaker, Andre Wicks, from The Zone Project in Spokane. The forum is hosted by the WSU Center for Civic Engagement and the UI Center for Volunteerism and Social Action.
