This form will allow ASUO professional staff to verify your relationship with ASUO and speak on your behalf to potential employers.

This form was rolled in to the "FERPA Release Forms" in Fall 2017. If you completed a set of FERPA forms on or after Fall 2017, it is unlikely that you need to complete this form a second time.

This meeting is open for all and is specifically designed for students to talk to the Tuition and Fees Advisory Board (TFAB) about the role of this committee in the University community, and more specifically, the budget this year as it pertains to tutition. It's a fantastic opportunity for students to learn, ask questions, and voice their thoughts about the upcoming proposal before the Board of Trustees Meeting in early March. www,

ASUO and its associated units (Student Governance Office and ASUO Financial Support Office) will be closed to the public during the winter break (beginning 2:00 PM Friday, December 9, 2016 through Sunday, January 8, 2017).
