Fitness Under the Stars: "Pilates" TONIGHT!

Tonight is Fitness Under the Stars’ second workout! Join us at 8pm in the amphitheater and get ready to feel the burn! The workout will be taught by Hayley Cunningham and is “Pilates inspired.” What does that mean? Basically it’s about ½ Pilates and the rest is cardio, arms, and standing leg exercises. You’re going to get a little bit of everything! Feel free to bring a mat, but you don’t need one. And unlike in Pilates, you will need shoes! And please come a bit early if you can so you can sign a waiver and we can get started on time. Hope to see you in the crowd!
