Feeling stressed about your first day? Sweat it out with a Zumba class!

Exercise is a great way to blow off steam. Physical activity increases blood flow to the brain and causes a release of endorphins, making you feel happy and relaxed! Feeling a little insecure seeing so many new faces? Exercise can help with that too! It can boost your self-esteem to make you feel good about yourself! So head to the PAC and break a sweat! There's always weight and cardio machines, or you could do something more fun - like Zumba! Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30PM and 5:30PM, two of our fellow PHOKUS members will be teaching fun and energizing Zumba classes! There are also Zumba classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30.
