RaiderCard Reader Request (Event Tracking for OrgSync)
If your organization would like to use the MagTek reader you must put in your request at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability. The requesting organization/department is responsible for all equipment checked out during the specified date(s) and time(s) as indicated by the request. If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged during the indicated date(s) and time(s), the cost of repair/replacement will be billed to the organization/department’s budget/account number. Each RaiderCard reader costs $85.00.
Readers must be returned by 9:00am the following business day or the organization/department will be charged a $10 penalty.
Do Note: This device has to be connected to a laptop/computer, not supplied by the Student Life Office. You may request a laptop from Media, or bring a personal one. An event needs to created in OrgSync and the individuals being tracked must have an OrgSync account.
