East Asian countries have some of the highest suicide rates in the world, especially among developed countries, yet mental illness in Asia is often stigmatized and not seen as a "real disease." For comparison, South Korea has had 24.7 suicides per 100K people compared to 10.1 suicides per 100K in the US in 2005 (Washington Post).

Join the Asian-Pacific American Medical Student Association to enjoy a morning of eating all-you-can-eat Hot Pot! Hot pot is an Asian Cuisine consisting of a central pot of strew/soup that the table shares to cook their meat and vegetables. It epitomizes the shared-dining of Asian culture.

Sakura Matsuri Cherry Blossom Festival
