Backyard Seasonal Eating

Educate students on how eating seasonally can have health benefits, reduce negative environmental impacts, and provide better tasting food. We will also plant indoor seeds, outdoor seeds, and when to harvest. They will also learn how to preserve their foods once harvested. Students will be able to plant either vegetables, fruits, or flowers in a decomposable pot in which they can take home with them.
