FAC Boot Camp
Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and strength exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. By using jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, fitness games and even a little healthy competition you can burn up 400-600 calories in one 45 minute workout! Start Date: Monday October 15th, 2012
Location: Meet in the FAC Group Exercise Room, but most classes will be held outdoors. You MUST bring your own workout mat or towel for outdoor exercise.
Mondays AND Wednesdays - 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Tuesdays AND Thursdays - 6:30am - 7:15am
Classes will run until Tuesday November 20th. Pre & Post Assessment Evaluations upon request. Maximum number of boot campers is 16 per class time. Minimum number of 8 sign ups per class time. Must be member of the FAC to participate.
