Student Center Usage Fees (FY17)

The usage fees listed below do not apply to recognized Student Organizations at Metro State. Please email Philip.Fuehrer@metrostate.edu, or call 651-793-1551 for costs associated with Student Center rooms not listed below, or for any other questions regarding use of the Student Center.

USAGE FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

SC101 MULTIPURPOSE ROOM (largest meeting space; seats 80 with standard set-up)

  • Flat rate for 2-hr minimum - $216 for private business; $196 for non-profit
  • Fee for each additional hour -  $108 for private business;  $98 for non-profit
  • Fee for full day - $864 for private business;  $784 for non-profit

SC201 FULL CONFERENCE/MEETING ROOM (seats 30)

  • Flat rate for 2-hr minimum - $174 for private business; $140 for non-profit
  • Fee for each additional hour -  $87 for private business; $70 for non-profit
  • Fee for full day - $696 for private business;  $560 for non-profit

SC202A & SC202B HALF CONFERENCE/MEETING ROOM (both seat 15)

  • Flat rate for 2-hr minimum - $110 for private business; $86 for non-profit
  • Fee for each additional hour -  $55 for private business; $43 for non-profit
  • Fee for full day - $440 for private business; $344 for non-profit

VENDOR TABLE

Flat rate for full day - $75 for private business; $60 for non-profit

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Wi-Fi Guest Access - $20 flat rate
  • On-site Tech Support - $40 per hour*
  • Security Officer - $25 - $50 per hour (based on type of request)
  • Janitorial Services - $35 per hour*
  • Parking Garage Vouchers - $2.50-$5.00 each

*May increase for events occurring outside regular business hours.
