OrgSync will be down on 5/28-5/30/19- Migrating to Engage

Hello students! 

OrgSync will be offline on 5/28-5/30/19. We will be migrating to Engage, a newer, sleeker portal that will be a great way to start the Fall 2019 Semester. The updated site will be a single sign-on using your Star ID, so no need for multiple accounts anymore! YAY! 

Student Organization leaders and advisors, please go to your portals and save any important documents or files, especially your bylaws/constitutions.

All buildings at all locations will be closed Memorial Day weekend; Saturday 25th, Sunday 26th & Monday 27th.

Campus Closure for 4/11/19

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

 

After reviewing the current weather, road conditions, and forecast for this evening, we have determined that all classes starting after 4 pm today will be cancelled.  In addition, all campus buildings will close at 5 pm with the exception of Founder’s Hall on the St. Paul campuses.

To be awarded to the student group that produced a program, event or publication that provided an exceptional service or benefit to the Metropolitan State University community.

2019 Nominees: CLUB ADVISOR OF THE YEAR

This award is given to a student organization advisor who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to serve and support both the organization and its members.

2019 Nominees: STUDENT ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR

This award goes to a student organization that has provided its membership and/or the Metropolitan State University community with exceptional programming, activities and/or community service.

2019 Nominees: PERSEVERANCE AWARD

The Perseverance Award honors a new alumnus (class of April 2019 or December 2018) who successfully overcame a significant challenge(s) to obtain his/her degree.  

As a show of respect for the privacy of others, please do not submit a nomination for a student/alumnus without first obtaining his or her approval. Understandably, some people prefer to keep any challenges they've overcome to themselves, and do not wish to be recognized. 

2019 Nominees: STUDENT LEADERS OF THE YEAR (2 winners to be chosen)

This award will be given to two students who have exhibited exceptional leadership, service and personal character and good academic standing. Each student leader of the year will receive a cash award of $100, which is sponsored by the Metropolitan State University Alumni Association.
