Description

UCSB-CSSA provides a platform for Chinese International Students to better understand American culture and for all student organizations on campus to know more about Chinese culture. Our aim is that “Serving our students is above all else”. UCSB CSSA's purpose is to promote friendship among all students and scholars on campus, facilitate the exchange of both academic and nonacademic information, and provide assistance for incoming Chinese students and scholars who are new to campus. We provide students the opportunity to enrich college life by organizing a variety of educational and entertaining events including sports competition, barbecue, singing contest, volunteering, Chinese corner, college alumni career networking event and more. Additionally, UCSB CSSA is closely connected with Consulate-General of The People's Republic of China in Los Angeles, which aids in the development of UCSB CSSA.
