Each month you’ll face a different stimulus to both improve results and to keep things interesting.
What is expected and how do I apply for the scholarship?
You must be active at least 4 times each week to qualify. For each activity day to count towards your weekly total, you can swipe in to the Student Recreation Center, Down Under Recreation Center or Chinook Student Center, participate in intramurals or even an Outdoor Recreation Center trip. To make things easy, we have provided workouts for you. You can complete each workout by yourself, or find a group of friends to do it with. We even have fitness classes you can enroll in with other participants to complete the workouts in a group! Finally, after the program, you will need to submit a short essay to ASWSU speaking on how this program improved your wellbeing. In order to receive credit for your workout, you must swipe in. Swipe ins, attendance, and your essay will determine the winner of the 2 $1000 scholarships.
