Hey pals! Fact: Parent's weekend is BUSY. Fact: The Mt. Mitchell hike is a FUOC favorite. Fact: Conflict happens. Hello FUOCers, Parentless this weekend? Never fear! Mother nature is always here for you. Come out this Saturday, Oct. 1 for the annual Mt. Mitchell Hike. This hike is a moderate to strenuous 11.2 miles, but we will move in a group! Do not be intimidated. Will leave to carpool to the campground at 6:30am from the rabbit hole. Hello FUOC, I'm bearing bad news. Eric Weigel was an active member of FUOC. Mt Bike Skills Park in TR Needs Volunteers

A popular destination on the GHS Swamp Rabbit Trail is Gateway Park, home to the expanding bike skills flow park. This park is just a 15 minute bicycle ride from Furman! A grant from the federally-funded Recreational Trails Program is enabling us to expand the trails throughout the park. To do so we need lots of volunteers to roll up their sleeves and pitch in.
