I need space for my event. Can you book a room for me?

In order to book space you will need to fill out a user profile. This can be done at:
Once you have done this you need to log into agora. Once logged in, under “My Services” and “Common Services” click on the Event Space Reservation System. This will route you to the Venue Availability Search page and this is where you can submit your online space request. Please open the “Booking Calendar” link to check for available space. Any color on the Booking Calendar indicates the space is not available. Also, open the “Room Specifications” link to ensure you’re selecting valid criteria (# of Attendees and Event Type) for the space you’re attempting to request. Both these links are located about ¾ of the way down Venue Availability Search page. You will need to complete 4 pages for the space request to be submitted properly. When done so, you will receive an automated “Booking Request Acknowledgement” email acknowledging that we’ve received your request. You’ll also receive a follow up email from Student Programs when the space request has been approved or denied or how to proceed further with your request.
