American Society of Mechanical Engineers
Part of a worldwide student body of over 25,000, ASME MWSU is geared at fulfilling ASME's credo of setting standards in engineering, knowledge, community and academy, for the benefit of humanity. As a student chapter, ASME MWSU will foster teamwork needed in industry by engaging students in engineering projects and events throughout the academic year. Members will also begin the process of professional networking through interacting with fellow members and engaging with professional engineer guest speakers.

Voting members of this organization will consist of regularly enrolled full-time undergraduate students of Midwestern State University. Members do not need to be mechanical engineering majors.
Section 2: Dues
National members will pay dues to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
