Judicial Hearing Board Application

This application is to serve as a member of the University Judicial Hearing Board at West Chester University. The purpose of the Board is to preside over judicial cases regarding alleged violations of the West Chester University Student Code of Conduct.  Members of the Board have the unique opportunity to have a voice in the outcome of judicial cases in an effort to maintain a safe and secure academic environment.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE ON THE JUDICIAL BOARD?

* Must be in good academic (GPA 2.5 or above) and disciplinary standing.

* Must complete an application and submit recommendations.

*Must complete the on line and in person training sessions.

* Will be interviewed by the Director of Judicial Affairs or the Assistant Director of Judicial Affairs.

In addition, all members will attend on line and in person Mandatory Training sessions at the beginning of the Fall Semester. The dates are to be determined.
