Clubs Advisor Contract
Each new club advisor needs to review and then submit a contract verifying he or she understands the expectations.
- Regularly attend club meetings
- Attend club activities where community members are invited and any after hours
- Approve forms including SLL Event Planning, Financial Requests, Vehicle Requests, Travel Approval Request.
- Designated travel advisor
- Provide continuity for the group from year to year
- Explain College policies and procedures to club members
- Intervene when knowledge of illegal activity(ies) contrary to SLCC policy, Utah State Law, or the Student Code of Conduct.
