Clubs Advisor Contract

Each new club advisor needs to review and then submit a contract verifying he or she understands the expectations. 


  • Regularly attend club meetings
  • Attend club activities where community members are invited and any after hours
  • Approve forms including SLL Event Planning, Financial Requests, Vehicle Requests, Travel Approval Request.
  • Designated travel advisor
  • Provide continuity for the group from year to year
  • Explain College policies and procedures to club members
  • Intervene when knowledge of illegal activity(ies) contrary to SLCC policy, Utah State Law, or the Student Code of Conduct.
