Space Request for Clubs
You may use this form to reserve club space such as club meeting rooms or for tabling. Please submit this form 3 or more weeks in advance for meeting rooms (4 or more for large event spaces) in order to allow campus partners enough time to find a room and correspond with Club Council. Any requests less than this time frame cannot guarantee reservation. If you are requesting space for an event that needs funding, please make sure that you have submitted a budget request and a Club Council member will reserve a room upon funding approval.
Please answer each question below and indicate the type of room you would like to reserve, date, and time. Feel free to list any additional information regarding the request in the text boxes below. Once you've completed this form we will update you on your room reservation status!
