Printing Request for Clubs

Please upload JPEG files and allow up to three business days to process printing (weekends and holidays do not count).

Guidelines for Posters & Fliers

  • Group Name
  • Date, Time And Location of Event
  • Contact Information (No personal telephone numbers please.)
  • All flyers and banners must include the SAF logo and Club Council Logo (
  • All flyers and banners must include the following disability statement:

Photo Copies (8.5x11 or 11x17)

As a service, Student Engagement and Activities will photocopy up to 35 pages black/white or color copies per event, for each student group. Clubs & organizations need to allow at least 3 days (normal business hours, M-F)  for posters or fliers to be printed. They will be available for pick up at the Activities and Recreation Center ILO behind the workroom (ARC-135) near the silver racks.

Posters (24x36)

Each student group can print 2 large posters per month.

Posting Policy

Per the University of Washington Posting Policy, groups are permitted to hang two posters (24x36) or four flyers (8.5x11 or 11x17) per floor in UW1, UW2, Discovery Hall, and UWB-B. Posters may only be hung on cement surfaces and be secured using blue painters tape that has been rolled and stuck to the back of the poster. No blue tape should be visible on the front of the poster. Blue tape can be borrowed from Club Council or a Project Assistant upon pick up. Please check in with a Club Council member or Project Assistant if blue tape is needed. The group or individual posting the flyers is also responsible for removing the posters promptly after the event or deadline has passed. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email Student Engagement and Activities at
