Printing Request for Clubs
Please allow up to three business days to process printing (weekends and holidays do not count).
Guidelines for Posters & Fliers
- Group Name
- Date, Time And Location of Event
- Contact Information (No personal telephone numbers please.)
- All flyers and banners must include the SAF logo and Club Council Logo (see Files)
- All files must be sent in PDF form.
- All flyers and banners must include the following disability statement:

Photo Copies (8.5x11)
As a service, Student Engagement and Activities will photocopy up to 35 pages black/white or color copies per month, for each student group. Clubs & organizations need to allow at least 3 days (normal business hours, M-F) for posters or fliers to be printed. They will be available for pick up at the Activities and Recreation Center 1st floor.
Each student group can print 2 large posters per month.
Per the University of Washington Posting Policy, groups are permitted to hang two posters (18x27) or four flyers (8.5x11) per floor in UW1 and UW2. Posters may only be hung on cement surfaces and be secured using blue painters tape that has been rolled and stuck to the back of the poster. No blue tape should be visible on the front of the poster. The group or individual posting the flyers is also responsible for removing the posters promptly after the event or deadline has passed. The Commons in UW2 and the Food for Thought Bookstore are Student Life spaces and can be used for hanging posters. Posters in the Commons may only be hung on the metal framing of the windows using blue tape or on any open cement areas. Posters in Food for Thought may be placed on the white slatted wall in the seating area or on any cement surface near the cafe. No posting is allowed in the Bookstore area. Any posters produced and posted by a club or organization that do not follow these rules are subject to removal from all buildings.
