SLCCSA Club Poster Approval Form
To complete this form please have your advisor, and your Club President's email address ready.
This form is designed for those clubs who design their own posters and flyers. ALL posters and flyers must be approved through the Student Life & Leadership. Please submit this in a form that can be edited. If any club posters are put up that have not been approved or don't have the proper branding material, they will be taken down. Please get your posters and flyers approved before you hang them up. This process can take up to two weeks depending on the changes/fixes that need to happen. Please allow time for this process so that your poster will be able to go up two weeks prior to the event (which means at least four weeks prior to event). Email will be the main source of communication, so please check your OrgSync and email account often after you've submitted a form.
