SLCC Summer Leadership Conference 2017
Please read the entire message below prior to completing the registration. When you submit this registration, you are accepting all requirements and expectations for the conference.
The 2017 Summer Leadership Conference will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, August 15-16 at The Homestead. Students will experience two full days of leadership learning, networking opportunities, service, and fun with one overnight stay that includes five meals, plenty of snacks, and all transportation is provided.
Priority Registration is only $25 with a completed registration form, travel agreement, and your money paid to Leslie in the Student Life & Leadership, Taylorsville Office, STC 124. We will refund $20 of that $25 with complete fulfillment of the expectations of the conference. Make sure your email is correct when requested later in this form because you will be sent another form to complete through OrgSync - the travel waiver. This travel waiver must be completed in order for you to attend.
Conference attendance is limited to the number of spaces available at the hotel. If we reach our limit registration will be closed. To be completely registered, your money (cash/check) must be paid to Leslie Sime in Student Life & Leadership and travel waiver filled out and submitted.
Openings are limited, so register, pay the money (cash/check), complete the travel conduct agreement (via your email) today. Your registration will not be approved until these are complete.
