Stretch and Refresh
Join the Office of Wellness Services for a Stretch and Refresh session on Friday, Oct. 7 from 12:05-12:50 PM in EAD 506. During this session, you will be able to rejuvenate, refocus,and relax through desk stretches and guided meditation. Please bring your own lunch.
