The Milwaukee Sailboat Racing Club is a fun group of folks who travel to locations around the Midwest representing UW-Milwaukee at College Sailing regattas. We race against other North American collegiate sailing teams in the Intercollegiate Sailing Association (CollegeSailing.org). Our conference is the Midwest College Sailing Association (MCSAsail.org), which includes over 40 schools. Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Milwaukee Yacht Club or Pewaukee Lake Sailing School. Sailors of all levels of experience are welcome on our team.
Looking to compete? During the Spring and Fall sailing seasons, we spend weekends competing at regattas in the Midwest and around the nation.
The intention of the Sailboat Racing Club is to provide the students of The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee the opportunity to compete against other universities within the Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (ICSA).
