The Student Organization Resource Center provides support to the over 800 registered student organizations at the University of Maryland. Whether you're interested in starting a new organization, finding an organization to join or need support for an existing organization, our office is here to assist you. For SGA recognized student organizations, we provide advice and support for managing your budgets. Located in the Student Involvement Suite on the ground floor of the Adele H. The Student Organization Resource Center is committed to supporting student success through involvement and leadership opportunities. Programmatic initiatives within the new Student Involvement Suite will be created and implemented with this goal in mind. The focus of the Student Involvement Suite is the development of student groups and their members as well as assisting individuals looking to learn more about involvement opportunities. Additionally, faculty and staff who work most closely with student groups will be provided support as a service.
