The purpose of the North American Indigenous Student Organization (NAISO) is to support North American Indigenous students in attaining educational goals while educating students, faculty and the local surrounding community. NAISO is involved with sponsoring and helping plan the annual CMU Pow wow, Native American Heritage Month events, and many workshops to educate the CMU campus and community on our culture.

 

Join us for our General Meetings on Thursdays at 6pm every other week, meeting information will be posted on OrgSync feed as well as our Facebook Page.

NAISO is a group dedicated to the education and the progress of the Native American community and our issues. We create a friendly environment in order to learn and grow in an intertribal setting.
