Welcome to the

Black Student Union

Our meetings are every Wednesday at 7:15 pm in Sykes, room 10A located near the SSI Bookstore. The Black Student Union serves as an organization dedicated to raising the level of consciousness about the African-American experience. Since 1969, the Black Student Union has sought to motivate, inspire, and unify the minority community on and off campus. Consciousness raising is done through cultural, academic, social, and spiritual programming. Anyone interested in learning about the African-American experience and culture is encouraged to attend our meetings. The meetings and programs are offered to everyone, not just multicultural students.

The BSU will always be B S without U! :-)
