This group is open to all Biology Majors and Minors. We also urge you to join if you are enrolled in any Biology courses.

General Body Meetings will take place on assigned Mondays or Thursdays during common hour (1:50pm - 3:15pm) at St. John's University in St. John's Hall Room 210.

We are an academic organization looking to join forces with fellow Biology majors and minors to create a supportive community to ease the transition from high school to college, and college to post graduate years.

The Biology Students Organization is here to serve the St John's biology department not only as a network of knowledge, but also as a necessary means of support and guidance. Selection Process

If your organization has selective membership, please describe the selection process.

To be inducted as a member:

-Members must have a 2.75 GPA
-Attend 4/8 general body meetings
-Attend 2/4 community service events
-A MINIMUM of 2 events excluding community service

Induction is once every semester
