Come walk with us this Saturday, as we march for hunger in honor of Hunger Awareness Month. We are also accepting canned food and non-perishable donations for the Community Compassion Network.

The March will start in front of the library (East Preston entrance) at 2:00 p.m. and we will stop marching promptly at 3:00 p.m. Feel free to bring signs & wear the color orange for Hunger Awareness"

We will be separating hats and mittens into various sizes and packing them in binds for the Christmas Outreach. Christmas Outreach is a program to help provide needed items to families in our community that may not be able to afford to pay for items such as hats and mittens for Christmas.

Are you overwhelmed by your daily tasks? Take a break from your daily life and join the America Counts and Reads program for our Drop Everything and Read event! On Nov 9th, bring your favorite reading materials and take time to relax with a book. 

DEAR will be occurring from 12-3pm at the couches outside of the UC Rotunda. This is a great time to ask current tutors about the program as well as a great place to relax. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows!
