The Newman Club is hosting a Coffee House night in the Chapel Social Room on Tuesday, October 1 from 7:30-9:00PM.  There will be music, refreshments, prayer and a great speaker!  Fr. Joe Freedy, a young priest from the Diocese of Pittsburgh, who was a football star in college and engaged to be married, when he received his call to the priesthood, will join us to share his story.  Everyone is welcome!

An evening of service at the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry in Altoona.  We'll pack boxes with food for the holidays for those in Altoona who are struggling to make ends meet.  There is work for everyone that comes, and the more that show up, the more efficient the process.  Hope you can make it to this excellent service opportunity!

A special Year of Faith series of Theology on Tap will be held in Altoona on the four Mondays in November.  Theology on Tap is a casual speaker/discussion series for young adults ages 18-39.  The sessions will be held at 7:00PM at Joe's 58th Street Grill and Tavern, adjacent to Zach's Sports & Spirits.  Complimentary appetizers are provided.
